Preparation:- Barley
- Ghee
- Milk
- Sugar
Add 4-5 drops of ghee to barley grain and fry them on a slow fire in a pan. Then powder them like semolina (not like flour) and store it. Take required quantity of it, add water, and boil it. Add milk and sugar. You can also add raisins and dried dates as you like it.
